UNYSAB MUN is an academic simulation of the United Nations with a view to recognize the responsibilities a person has being a citizen of a country, to form a nation without any gender inequality, poverty, pollution, hunger, wars; To make the world safe for women, children, to ensure health, water, sanitation etc. The conference make a person realize the crisis world is facing in the current time and create the urge to work together to bring up a better solution for making the world free of such issues. The theme of UNYSAB MUN 2018 is “Increasing youth engagement for proliferation of renewable energy and achieving SDGs”. Energy deficiency the upcoming period of time will face as the nonrenewable energy will soon be used up. The limits of fossil and nuclear energy are more than obvious. What’s the world going to do then! The only reason people are moving towards it is the future power lies with the renewable energies. Engaging youth, the future leader of the world in the proliferation of renewable energy is such a great step towards a flourishing world. SDGs another important step that promote a long term approach to address global challenges that are not typical just for some countries but are faced by most and require joint action, I.e. working together for a better world.

MUN will provide a platform to voice the opinion by forwarding the draft resolution to the United Nations. it’s an opportunity to learn effective communication, globalization, international relationship, critical thinking, leadership skills, the ability to adopt in unexpected situations and exercise diplomacy.
